  • During product launches, drops, or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer
  • You will be notified if there are any significant delays

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (UK)

For UK orders:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
  • Tracked Delivery (if selected): 1–3 working days after dispatch

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.


4. International Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the postal carrier.
